Do you offer same-day quotes?
Yes — most standard and custom quotes are returned the same business day. Call or email your dimensions and product type and we'll price it right away.
What's the turnaround on custom-cut glass?
Standard custom cuts are typically ready in 2–5 business days. Tempered orders take 5–10 business days since they're heat-treated off-site. Rush orders available — just ask.
Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?
Both. Walk-in pickup is welcome during business hours, and we run wholesale delivery routes across Texas. Delivery is included on qualifying wholesale orders; freight available for larger jobs.
Can I bring in a broken piece to be matched?
Absolutely. Bring the broken piece or a tracing with measurements and we'll match the thickness, tint, and edge profile.
Do you sell to the public, or only to contractors?
Both. We're a wholesale distributor for trade clients, but homeowners and DIY customers are always welcome — same quality, same fair pricing, no minimum order.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash and Zelle only. No credit cards or checks at this time.
Do you install, or only supply?
We're a distributor and supplier — we don't install. We can recommend trusted local installers we've worked with for years.
Is tempered glass required for my project?
Texas building code requires tempered (safety) glass for shower enclosures, doors, sidelights, and any glass within 18 inches of the floor. We'll flag this on your quote so you're always to code.
